Pet Policy

Meridian Apartments is happy to welcome Dogs and Cats! . Pets are limited to two (2) pets per unit, with prior approval. A one time pet fee of $200 per pet is due at lease commencement and Pet Rent is due monthly. $35 per Dog and $20 per Cat. We do not allow the following breeds: ● Pit Bull Terriers ● Staffordshire Terriers ● Rottweilers ● German Shepherds ● Presa Canarios ● Chows Chows ● Doberman Pinschers ● Akitas ● Wolf-hybrids ● Mastiffs ● Cane Corsos ● Great Danes ● Siberian Huskies ● Alaskan Malamutes ● Any aggressive behavior in any breed will result in removal of the animal or lease termination.
